SBL vacations provided us with a wonderful rental house on Sanibel Island. They were great to speak with on the phone, their office personnel were friendly, and they had the best prices.Our family had a great time and this house was in the process of complete renovation after the hurricane Ian destroyed most homes and condominiums on Sanibel island. Rob and his staff from SBL vacations were very receptive and good about the few wrinkles we had from the ongoing renovation. The landscaping was amazing despite hurricane Ian that had come through nine months earlier. The property was very well located and very clean and the pool was very functional although there was no cage because it was torn down by the hurricane. It was well stocked and very comfortable and of course we would recommend this house to others. Thanks again Rob and SBL for your continued customer service.

The home was beautiful in every way and the owners Rob and Charlie and staff worked to make our stay special. This my first time using SBL and I will certainly use them again and will tell my friends to do so as well.

The unit was clean, steps from the beach, easy access to shops, off the island and SHELLING!! Quiet and cozy - fully equipped and all needed for extended stay or week away from home! Highly recommended and stayed over a week and will hopefully stay next year at this location for several weeks in September!! SBL Vacations - property management company is exceptional in assistance and clear expectations of check-in and out.

We have stayed at this condominium twice. We love the oceanfront location and the overall location on the island. The sandy beach is wonderful and the included beach equipment is everything you'll need. The condo is as described in the listing. It is very clean and we noticed many updates in the condo since our stay last year. We called for minor issues to the manager and always receive a prompt response. Since we went in the summer this time, we were concerned about the unit staying cool enough to be comfortable. It was not an issue. The air conditioning worked very well and there are also a couple of fans in the unit. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Sanibel.

Absolutely lovely property. Extremely clean, amazing view, and overall just a great experience. Customer service leading up to and throughout the stay was awesome. We love Sanibel and definitely want to stay here again!

Our unit was so beautifully decorated and spotless! What a joy to open the door to this condo and be welcomed with adorable notecards, fragrant Captiva Island soap and such a wonderful view of the ocean from our screened in porch! The bikes we pre-ordered from SBL were there when we arrived - locked on the bike rack and ready for our enjoyment! Sanibel Island Vacations owner and staff were friendly and helpful! We also enjoyed the bonus of the new Island Seafood store a few doors next to the SBL office - delicious fresh seafood as well as soups and dips. We have already reserved the same Pointe Santo B-25 condo for next year!!

This is our 4th year renting Beach Haven and our 8th consecutive year with SBL. The house, lanai, and location are fantastic. The lot is nearly an acre, very large for Sanibel. The beach is exactly .4 miles away. The owner has made many improvements to the house over the last 4 years. We appreciate it. When we check in, the house is always spotless. SBL, the management company is terrific. We have rented from other agencies on Sanibel. SBL is better. The owners, Rob and Charlie, are just really nice, friendly and very helpful. The office staff, Carly and Anne, are super responsive. As are the maintenance staff, Eric and Mark. The contractors that SBL hires for gardening, pool maintenance, pest control, etc. are all excellent. This is important when you live in a home for 3.5 months. Eager to come back in 2023.
