Taking from his many years of hospitality experience, he quickly became a success in the local vacation rental market. In 2013, with his business and residential real state partner Charlie Hartley, he founded and created Sanibel Vacations. Today, with over 110 properties under management, Sanibel Vacations is one of the most successful vacation rental companies on the islands of Sanibel and Captiva.
