SBL, as a result of their dedication and consistently excellent property management over the past five years, have made it possible for us to own a home on beautiful Sanibel Island.

Not only have they managed and coordinated bookings, but they have performed or managed and overseen all necessary maintenance and repairs on a routine basis and in the wake of Hurricane Ian when extraordinary measures were called for. They are prompt and courteous with correspondence and regularly take on tasks that we cannot manage from our home in Canada. Our sincere thanks to the team at SBL for all they have done!

SBL handles every detail for renting our condo, from marketing it with professional pictures and descriptions, to booking renters, to arranging and inspecting all cleaning before renters arrive, to handling repairs when necessary and being available to renters for any needs and requests. We’ve received many comments in our Guest Book about how exceptionally clean and well equipped our condo is and that “they” will request the same condo for the following year. SBL is definitely the best agency on Sanibel. The success in renting our condo is proof!

Over four years ago, we researched Sanibel management companies and found SBL Vacations. Rob Pailes and his partner, Charlie Hartley, have provided us with incredible property management.
