Our dedicated Owner Services team will work with you diligently through the on-boarding process and beyond.
Initially, our team will design a premium property listing with direct channel connections to Vrbo, AirBnB, our customized Book-Direct website and more! Online listing exposure combined with our heavy focus on marketing and SEO & keyword optimization, we are determined to give our Owners properties the largest audience and showcase your properties in their greatest light.
Guest Services
Customer service and attention to detail is our specialty!
Our Owners benefit from our ability to not only exceed the accommodation expectations of our guests, but to also create and provide additional guest services which greatly enhance the guest experience and create a relationship aimed at repeat business.
Our Guest Service agents are available 24/7 for any immediate renter needs meanwhile continuing to manage the day-to-day duties including booking calendar & reservations management, competitive rental rates, check-in/outs & key exchanges and on-going guest communications.
Complete Cleaning Needs
We carefully coordinate the housekeeping schedule and our chosen cleaning company so that the rental will be thoroughly cleaned and presented to our guests and owners upon arrival in a professional and clean manner.
Property linens are provided by an outside linen company and professionally cleaned between each guest/owner stay. Annual deep cleans are scheduled for every property during off season vacancies to help ensure our high-standards are met and the overall cleanliness upheld. In addition, our cleaning company is able to provide carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning & tile & grout cleaning as additional add-on cleaning services as needed.
Optional Home Watch & Hurricane Prep
Based on the needs of many of our owners over the years, our staff is willing and able to manage home watch checks and hurricane preparation visits.
Home watch services would include bi-monthly property inspections during extended periods without occupancy. Hurricane preparation allows our staff to take the necessary steps to secure the property in the event of an impending storm and then reversed / restored following the storm threat. These services are optional and would incur additional fees to enroll.
