Welcome home to Oasis Inn, a desired 3 bedroom, 2 bath duplex home in The Dunes Golf & Tennis Club neighborhood and conveniently located near the Sanibel causeway for easy on & off island access.
This recently updated island home boasts fantastic vaulted ceilings and bright, airy skylights to greet you upon entry bringing the Sanibel sunshine in. The entire home was just recently refurnished throughout and decorated with brand new beach-style, nautical decor for that real island-living feel! The main floor is shared by an updated kitchen with new cabinets, granite counters, and stainless steel appliances. Two guest bedrooms are located on the top level, one queen bed in one room and two twins in the other, all with their own memory foam mattresses as well. The Dunes is a public 18-hole golf and tennis club with pool, restaurant, golf pro shop and tennis pro shop. All renters of this beautiful island home have full use of the clubhouse and heated community pool. The clubhouse is a common meeting point for tennis players, golfers, locals and visitors. The clubhouse offers full service dining with spectacular views of the golf course and wildlife preserve. (Please note: Golf and tennis are not included with the rental of this home and will require an additional fee to be paid to the Dunes Club directly).
This home has a highly sought-after location that will allow for many options for beach/water access nearby. The deeded beach access is located at the end of Lindgren Blvd on East Gulf Drive just west of the Sanibel Inn -- only a 16 minute walk or a quick 5 minute bike ride away. In addition to the deeded access you can also quickly walk, ride, or drive to the Bay entrance at the end of Bailey's Road great for fishing or kayaking, the Sanibel Causeway Island B (closest to Sanibel) for stellar sunsets, and the Lighthouse Beach (at the most Eastern point of the island) for a bit of history, use of the new fishing pier, and fun dolphin watching.
