Update following Hurricane Ian: This home sustained minimal damages from the storm and most items & amenities have been repaired and/or replaced and it is ready for rentals. The boat dock is no longer available and garage use will not be available to renters.

"Woodring Bayhouse" boasts 3 bedroom & 3.5 bathrooms and some of the most luxurious living accommodations on one of the most beautiful and privates streets of Sanibel. Who needs walking distance to the beach when you have phenomenal bay views over looking Tarpon Bay & Pine Island Sound from nearly every room in the house? This gorgeous home has an architecturally modern exterior flair to it featuring clean lines and walls of windows everywhere! The interior lends more to the beach vibe and island living with bright, bold furnishings that come alive when the sun shines in from all angles. The covered pool and hot tub that sit under the home is the perfect setting and way to spend your days or even nights while soaking up that view! So pack your bags and get ready to relax in paradise in your new home away from home!

Home amenities include: 3 bedrooms/3.5 bathrooms -- 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, & 2 Twin beds (sleeps 6), 4 flat screen Smart TVs (streaming only), WIFI available, pool & hot tub, washer & dryer, fully equipped kitchen, BBQ gas grill. Pets Considered (Dogs only). Bed linens and bath towels included. Beach chairs, towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience.

Please note: ALL of our Single Family Homes require a 28 day minimum rental period per the City of Sanibel. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 6 people.

  Woodring Bayhouse is an absolute dream to stay in. The pictures don’t do it justice. The view is absolutely gorgeous, especially the sunsets. We saw so much wildlife from the dock- dolphins, eagle rays, manatees, osprey, starfish...the list goes on. SBL was great to work with!

  What an amazing property in an amazing location.
  From watching the incoming storms, the spectacular sunsets, or the wildlife literally at the back door, it was all quite remarkable.
  Morning coffee in the sitting room upstairs, Afternoon beverages in the outdoor Florida room, Exercising and cooling off in the pool, Sunning on the beach or dock
  We saw Pelicans, Egrets, Herons, Sandpipers, Cormorant, Osprey, Gulls and more. One young Snowy Egret stands on a small buoy rope and successfully fishes way out of his depth and out of the water.
  In the water there were Dolphins, Rays, large conch, Manatee, as well as innumerable other fish.
  The home is spacious and bright with views from everywhere. Clean as could be. The white sofas and carpets were spotless. Beds, baths and kitchen comfortable and well appointed.
  The couple items that came up were quickly dealt with. (The bedroom side A/C went out on a Sunday afternoon. It was fixed within 2 hours. Amazing response)

  This was our second stay in this stunning home on the bay. The house is open, airy and bright with breathtaking views of the bay. The house is set on a very quiet street, just steps from the water. We rented kayaks and encountered both dolphins and manatees right in front of the house. The pool and hot tub are both clean and warm. It is a short bike ride or drive to the ocean side beach, restaurants and shopping.
  This is a dog friendly house, but you would never know it by looking. The house was clean and in good repair. The kitchen is well fitted out and there is a grill on the water side, we cooked in most nights.
  If there is any drawback to the house it is the stairs. The house is three stories high, with the main living areas on the second floor, and the master suite on the third. This would not be a good choice for anyone with mobility issues, but for us it was perfect.

  The Woodring Bayhouse is as spectacular as the photos suggest: large windows, soaring ceilings and an incredible view. The location is private and yet still close to shops and restaurants. The heated pool was a welcome retreat after a day at the beach.
  The house is well stocked and very clean. I cooked almost every night on the waterside gas grill, I kept burning dinner because I was so distracted by the spectacular sunsets over the water, and the pelicans and herons fishing off the dock.
  I have no complaints at all, but I suppose I should mention that the house has three levels, so there are lots of stairs if that is an issue. The open hallway on the third floor, overlooking the living room might be a problem for very small children.
